OUR STORY
The Salon Du Café was born out of the coffee craft culture under the leadership of a coffee amateur, the Cadet Hotel’s owner, a 32 years’ experienced food processing engineer who specialized in coffee and aging of single Malts, Whisky’s, Rums, and other flavors such as Mezcals and Tequilas, and a passionate experienced barista.
The inspiration came with the interest to learn, enjoy, and share special experience into flavors that stay engraved in the memories of the true aficionados.
